Versus WOD L1: First person to get to 5 points wins.

1 point = 200M Row

In order to attempt the row, you must first complete:

30 Wall Balls (14/10)
30 Burpees
30 Power Cleans (95/65)
30 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)
30 Pull Ups

Versus WOD L2: First person to get to 5 points wins.

1 point = 200M Row

In order to attempt the row, you must first complete:

30 Wall Balls (20/14)
30 Burpees
30 Power Cleans (115/75)
30 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)
30 Pull Ups

We did a very similar workouts a while back.  You and your opponent compete to see who can complete any of the five challenges fast enough AND THEN finish a 200M Row.  In case you were not around or do not remember, here are some of the finer details of the workout:

  1. Each team of two will compete in the five challenges until all 30 reps have been fulfilled
  2. Once the 30 reps have been done, a 200M Row has to be performed before a point is awarded
  3. 1 point is given to the person who completes the 200M Row first
  4. You can do more than one cycle of the five challenges before you obtain five points
  5. In case of teams of three, all the same rules apply except now there is more competition
  6. You should compete against someone of similar skill and strength level
